Carolyn started in the staffing industry over 30 years ago as an employee with Key Resource Group. Within two years, she was managing the direct hire division and founded and managed a legal placement division that is still, to this day, WNY’s premier legal staffing service. Within 15 years, she became a Partner with KRG, and in 2005 became the sole owner of Key Resource Group.
After studying history and a career in HR and Staffing, Adrienne discovered her passion was…accounting. A success story in changing careers, Adrienne has been with KRG for over 11 years and leads the Finance team in the delivery of reporting, budgeting, payroll, insurance management, organizational strategy, and human resources functions.
When not knee-deep in spreadsheets, you can find Adrienne on the fields, courts, and ice rinks of Western New York with her two young boys, Eli and Bennett. She and her husband, Matt, make their home in Elmwood Village, where they love the dynamic and walkable neighborhood. Adrienne is the most outgoing and generous person we know and is known to pop into an interview just to say hello.
Tracey graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a master’s in business administration. She is a SHRM Certified Professional and a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional. Prior to joining Key Resource Group, she worked as a Director of Human Resources for five years. As a result, she has extensive experience in recruiting, interviewing, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new staff. She planned and oversaw training, new hire orientation and administration of benefits. Tracey also brings ten years of accounting experience with her ranging from accounts payable to the general ledger, with year-end reporting and financial statement preparation. Tracey’s experience translates well into her role as a Recruiter; it gives her the opportunity to place people in the jobs they belong in.
Tracey is very active in maintaining her professional and technical knowledge by attending educational seminars, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
In her free time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, including her two English Bulldogs.
Meghan graduated with a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Buffalo State College. A few years later, she earned a master’s certificate in Professional Writing and Digital Communication from the University at Buffalo.
Before she was hired as our Resource Coordinator, Meghan had been using KRG’s services to find a job. When an opening arose to join our team, Meghan jumped at the opportunity! From posting job updates to providing administrative support to our recruiters, Meghan is always ready to assist wherever she can.
In her free time, Meghan can be found with a book in her hand. She also enjoys walking around her North Buffalo neighborhood and trying new spots in the city’s ever-growing restaurant scene.
Renata joins Key Resource Group’s Legal Division with over ten years of staffing experience in the legal, administrative, executive, and healthcare arenas. Maria graduated from Buffalo State College with a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design. After 15 years of corporate design experience, she moved on to follow her passions working on commissioned paintings & personal artwork, instructing art lessons & providing freelance design services to multiple businesses throughout WNY. Maria joins KRG with the drive to help in any way possible, whether in graphic design projects or supporting our administrative and marketing functions, as she is an all-around team player.
Outside of KRG, Maria spends her free time with her friends & family. She loves being in nature & is an avid hiker & bicyclist. When not out exploring the world, Maria can be found painting, listening to music or audiobooks & soaking in as much of life as possible!
A graduate of Houghton Academy in Accounting and Business Administration, Lisa brings over 35 years of experience to the KRG team. Her experience includes finance, human resources, IT, marketing, property management, and a brief stint as a location scout for a county film commission in Northern California. She enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things moving smoothly. Her support keeps us working as a team, putting people to work as efficiently and seamlessly as possible.
Lisa is a New York transplant from California that loves living in Western New York. She is often asked why she left California. Her answer: the art scene, the architecture, and most importantly, the people! Buffalo has shown her over and over again that it really is the City of Good Neighbors.
When she is not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their dog Benny, a lab and border collie mix. She also is learning to paint with watercolor, crochets, and gardens when the weather permits.
Diane joins KRG with twenty-plus years of diverse experience working in local law firms, design firms as well as local manufacturing companies, and we are thrilled to have her on our Team! Little did she know that her experience prepared her perfectly for her career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KRG, as she’s worked in many of the industries we serve. Diane’s keen ability to perfectly match candidates for the industries we place in is second to none. She enjoys meeting and working with new people and thrives when challenged with locating hard-to-find Candidates. Diane is an upbeat, organized, seasoned professional, and she has found her home with KRG, and we absolutely adore her.
Diane graduated from Erie Community College with a degree in Office Management and Information Technology. When she’s not spending time with her husband, family, and friends, you’ll find her walking her bulldog, practicing yoga, and reading. Diane is also the proprietor of an Etsy shop where she sells minerals and crystals.
Denise is a graduate of Houghton Academy with a bachelor’s in business management. She brings 20+ years of administrative experience working in various industries: accounting, property management, legal, and education. Her background made it easy for her to transition into her role placing qualified candidates in administrative positions. Denise is always ready to jump right in and do what it takes to get things done. She is flexible and focused on building relationships. She is excited to begin this new phase of her career and is ready to help our candidates make their next move.
Outside of the office, Denise enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, and frequenting local farmers' markets and outdoor concerts. She also enjoys selling new and pre-loved items in her online resale shop.
With over 30 years of experience, Andrea is an integral part of our Accounting Team. As a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, she always ensures the accuracy and transparency of our accounting needs. When she isn’t reviewing reports, Andrea makes the most of her time with her family. She resides in the Southtowns with her husband and three daughters. Always smiling, Andrea brings a bit of sunshine with her wherever she goes!
