If you’ve been reviewing our job board lately, you may have noticed that there has been a new addition to our team. Key Resource Group welcomes Traci Illig to our team as the newest addition to our recruiting team.
Traci brings more than 15 years of experience building successful customer service teams. Her background in both domestic and international markets have enabled Traci Illig to build exceptional communication skills. Traci is a consummate professional. She truly understands how important it is for organizations to select the right people for their teams. Traci’s teams had stellar reputations among their customers. She attributes to her focus on ensuring the right people were in the right roles. She is thrilled to join KRG and apply her customer management instincts and abilities to the staffing industry. Traci looks forward to connecting to top talent to WNY organizations.
Traci Illig has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo, and a Master of Science in Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island. She is a native Buffalonian. Having lived outside the area for quite some time, she is happy to have returned to her hometown with her husband and twin sons. Traci has always thought of herself as a “Buffalonian on vacation.” She is excited about being back in the community to contribute to the City’s renaissance.
In her free time, Traci enjoys year-round outdoor activities. She is especially fond of the summertime, where you will find her family at their beach cottage on the shores of Lake Erie in Ontario, Canada.
