This week Key Resource Group was honored to be featured in an article written by Matt Chandler in Buffalo Business First, about the job market in the Western New York region. Peggy Koch, our Senior Staffing Manager, was one of three recruiters in the Buffalo area interviewed for the article, which discusses growth in the local job market.
As Mr. Chandler writes, there appears to be improved growth in the WNY job market, evident by the countless openings at area staffing agencies, KRG included. While the job openings are plentiful, finding the right candidate who has the experience and skill set the client is looking for may be a challenge. In that sense, the job market is still quite competitive.
