Needless to say, we need to get to know you, not only to make certain we’re sending our clients exactly what they’re looking for, but to also make certain we are sending you to employers you’re interested in working for.

Our Registration and Interview Process
We need to get to know you, period. We do this many different ways, but mostly by talking and asking great questions! Applicants who have interviewed with us say they leave feeling like we really understand what their needs are.
During our initial meeting, we will discuss your professional goals and interests, and the skills and abilities you bring to an employer. You’ll get to share your wish list for a position: the size and type of company you’d like to work for, even what kind of manager and team environment you prefer. We’re going to ask you what you enjoy doing on the job and, well, what things you don’t! We will also share any market information we have with you, and trust us, we have lots and lots of information on companies and hiring trends in WNY.
Once you’ve met your recruiter, completed our registration process and interviewed with us, we’re going to try and match you with an employer that fits your needs.
If you land an interview with one of our clients, we will prepare you for the interview and tell you right down to the nitty-gritty what to expect while interviewing.
We’ll even give you some interview pointers and resume tips if you need them.
Best part? We find out how you did on the interview, and we let you know! Who does that? We do. We want you to be the best candidate that client interviews, so we will sincerely try to help you.
