Along with a BA in Communication, Rachel brings over three years of specialized staffing experience to the table. She began her career as a Staffing Manager and was promoted shortly after to a Division Director at an International Staffing agency. Her specialty in the industry was staffing temporary and temp-to-hire administrative and office support professionals. Most recently she has been working as a Recruiting Manager in the healthcare industry staffing Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist on a temporary basis.
Rachel prides herself in her time management skills, customer service skills and making that "perfect fit". In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Patrick and son Blake. She is also working on her PHR with an anticipated completion date of May 2010.
